For any booking that requires payment on check-in to the hotel, booking must be cancelled by 2:00PM, 72 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is equal to cost of full stay. A no-show is a guest who does not check-in on the night their booking is reserved for. Any refunded fees (at the Manager’s discretion) will incur a $20 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than 72 hours prior to check in date, any cancellation received after this time are non-refundable.
